[Solved] MySql Error: Unable to retrieve the list of databases

I asked a question previousle and loaded the MySql.Data.EntityFrameWork but still getting error.

Upgraded to 8.0.31.0 as per https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-net/en/connector-net-installation-binary-nuget.html

Tried creating new data connection got error.
