Uploading Files through Windows Service results in 550 Error

 i am uploading files on ftp server from my local system through windows services in a folder. Its path is "aljazeerademo.com/images/Product/Pdf/" . I am writing ftp Path for this is "ftp://iis1019.ixwebhosting.com//c349549/aljazeerademo.com/images/Product/Pdf/". when service is running then i am getting this error:The remote server returned an error: (550) File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access).  from my local system through

The same code is working good in Web Application and Windows Application. I am uable to upload from my Local system to ftp server through Windows Application and Web Application but failed in Windows Services. Please suggest me what is the reason. I have also taken permission of that Folder from Server administratot.
