Hi,

Can any body help in learning about the classes which will be added when we add WebReference and Service Reference.I know only about service1.wsdl,pls help me to learn Reference.map(Reference.cs under it),service1.disco.And the the files which will be added when we add Service Reference that is configuration.svcinfo,configuration91.svcinfo and Reference.svcmap.

And most importantly please inform me the difference about Adding WebReference and Service Reference,as I am New to Webservices.Thanks in Advacne

For Web Service i.e. .ASMX you need to add a Web Reference

For WCF Service i.e. .SVC you need to add Service Reference
