Redirect HTTP to HTTPS in Azure Virtual Machine

I have a domain with SSL https://tpa###.com.au works great

How do I block anyone connecting with http//tpa###.com.au or typing in tpa###.com.au which connects as http//tpa###.com.au not Secured

I tried blocking the HTTP in the VM Networking inbound port rules - Source = service tag and also checked in the IIS on the VM and in bindings and it set to https

Is it possible to redirect http://tpaschools.com.au or tpaschools.com.au entered in the browser to https://tpaschools.com.au not block it
