Dear Sir, 

I am using asp.net web application with sharing web hosting server and i would like to send an email to all staff at 7:00 AM. I have tried with global.asax but global.asax works when any user is login in application and 7:00 AM. if  nobody login in application than application is not sending email. 

secondly how can i add gif in email body using global.asax.

Please Help me how to send the email to staff without login any staff login web application.
