Found Solution

Go to accounts.google.com

Then Security Tab

Then - Enable Two Step Verification

After this you will be able to create App Password

Here you have to define other --Windows PC.. it will give you a new password on screen.

We have to use this password further in our .net application for sending email from ASP.Net
