Force child DIV to be 100% of parent DIV height in CSS

Hello Forum,

I am trying to make my gridview to be inside and in the middle of an A4 paper on a web page, just like I have shown in the picture below. There are other controls that are inside the paper; the paper has white background. There is also a square picture box on the top left of the paper. I have two pictures to show how I want.
