website is not working on network thirough IIS

i have deployed my new website in IIS when i tested in browser its working fine but its not working on network systems,

i have my old website with port 3185 and new one is 3186 , the old one is working fine but the new web is not working

"Not working" gives me no hint on what's happening on your side. Explain whether there's some error or some other issue?

Secondly have you opened the Port in Firewall on on your system?
