Question

I have developed an ASPNET app in visual studio 2019 and it contains Bootstrap code for responsive development But every time I do some change I have to copy the changes to the remote web server and then use the URL in my iphone to test the changes Does VS2019 provide any feature of viewing the chages in some Mobile phone emulaor or how easily can the above be ahieved
