Hi Mehram,

The Report Designer is part of the Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools.

You can add it using the Visual Studio setup.

Refer below steps.

1. Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
2. Select the version of Microsoft Visual Studio.
3. Click the Change button. A dialog window will open.
4. Press the Modify button.
5. Search for Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools in the features tab Windows and Web Development section and check the CheckBox.
6. Press the Next button.
7. Once the installation is complete, open Visual Studio. You should be able to see RDLC.
