Copy stored procedures from one Database to another in SQL Server

i have done to generate scripts as a single file and seperate objects . dont know how change the use target database .

• Open the script and change the USE [TargetDataBase] statement and Run generated scripts against in target database. this one will you please explain this step in detail.
