Bind (Single or Multiple) QueryString Parameters to NavigateUrl of HyperLink using Eval function inside ASP.Net GridView

Add Target= "_blank"

This way,

 For Encrytion Add the Row DataBound Event in the GridView

This will Encrypt your Query String Field.
