populate dropdown on client side

Please follow the article properly. You are not following it. In previous reply you use string array instead of List<Country>

Download the sample and check how the dropdown is populated using javascript

not getting i think there is some confusion

ya earlier i had string array

but as it was getting error u asked to replace it by

which does not contian string array

but has List<Country>

confused with my orginal code & the modfifed one

You need to use the modified one code that I gave and for javascript check how it is done in the article sample
