There is no way you can confirm. You need to talk to the people from whom you have bought the server and discuss with them this issue.

Yes. Do RDP and open the website on the server browser. If it works fine then your code is not causing problem

on the server browser directly it works fine

& even i know that the code is not having any issue or casuing any performace degradation

but when the application is displayed the first thing  is about the design and code issue which is taken in for not other things

without any valid justification & confirmation its not possible to justify that the pages are not causing the issue
