Implement Image Slider with single image scroll on click using jQuery jcarousel plugin in ASP.Net

I used your subjected template which works fine but i need to scroll/slide each image instead of completed displayed images i.e. each images size is 250px so on click next it should scroll only 250px. though it works fine on desktop but on mobile/small screen size it slides all displayed images.

For example: i've 10 images in database, On page load it shows 4 images on click next it shows next 4 images and than again on click it slides each image.
