Upload MSSQL server database to Plesk control panel

I am seeking for help in importing or uploading my MSSQL database to Plesk control panelI created a backup file bak and also scripted the file to sql file When I tried to upload it to plesk i couldnrsquot find import dump How can I upload pleaseI tried using the plesk backup manager and i got this errorError Unable to upload QuirverDBbak to the server storage Unable to import file as dump Import error Unable to find archive metadata The archive is not valid Plesk backup or has

This was the kind of stepbystep direction i was talking aboutI followed these steps to import my local MSSQL database to live database server1 Download SQL Server Management Studio Express 1811 then launched the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio program2 Connect to your local SQL Server instance Instructions for configuring this can be found here3 In the Object Explorer section rightclick on Databases and choose New Database4 In the popup window enter the Database name it should match the database you plan to import in the text field and click OK5 Rightclick on this new database hover over Tasks then Restore On this expanded area click Database6 On the popup window select Device and click 7 On the second popup window click Add8 Locate the bak file you are restoring from your local computer files then click OK9 Click OK on the second popup window10 Click Options under the Select a page column on the left11 Check to Overwrite
