Show Hide TextBox and Label based on ComboBox Selected Value using JavaScript in ASP.Net

I have placed "ContentTemplate" 

Porblem, when i am adding ScriptManage tage page is not loading showing following error, when i remove ScriptManage tage is loading properly but div not hiding/unhiding on combobox value changes.
