General thing in iis config

I need to host a website that designed in Microsoft Visual Web developer express 2008.

I need to config iis in windows xp system and i need to config the iis  in that system and host it.

Can any one give me an idea about how to do this.

Addtionally i have one small clarification.

In my application, i need to export and save the excel in E drive. In local it works fine. If i run in another machine using iis, whether the exported excel will save in that machine or in the remote machine.
