Hi sirI have a database i took backup of this databsebak file from my office laptop and now i want to restore it in my homes laptop  but it is showing below error can i fix it

Hi firoz1986Solution is to take another backup or find the second fileWhat thats saying is that when the backup was taken it was striped over two files so each file has half of the backup This is sometimes done by accident when backing up with the SSMS gui If there are two files listed in the destination text box the backup will be striped across the two and youll need both for the restorehttpssocialmsdnmicrosoftcomForumssqlserverenUSabf50e00c9b048099e6143ed8a53e968themediasethas2mediafamiliesbutonly1areprovidedforumsqltools
