What is the difference between deploying and hosting a web site

Which one is good? Hosting or deployment? If i have to deploy it for single user how can i do it? Steps to do it?

For that you will have to open IIS and check whether your website has been created in it.

You can type inetmgr in Run to open IIS

That's why I asked you to get basic information on IIS. As if you don't know what is IIS and how it is used Hosting a website is a difficult job
