How to use Local compute work as webserver in ASP.Net

Sir I have deployed my ASPNET application on a WINDOWS 7 PC RUNIING IIS I want this application to be available on internet also using the same pc   How can I do that to use my pc work as webserver I can manage a static IP from my ISP  Pl guide

Thanks Finally I got a solution I had to do some setting in my routerIn the router I looked for Virtual ServerThere I did setting for DMZ hostIn DMZ HOST i mentioned the static IP of my PC in local netowork and saved Finally I got it available on Internet Here I like to mention that this I did with my Dynamic IP  We can do it with STATIC IPIt is worth to mention that there is always a security threat
