i am using this solution it works very well

Convert percentage (Double) to Fraction using C# in ASP.Net 

i see a small problem

27.78%   when covert to fraction in excel it says 2/7 but using above solution 27.78% returns 1/4 whcih is wrong 1/4 is correct for 25% but for 27.78% it should 2/7 fraction please advice thanks
