You can use this logic in HTML.....

  <b> Enter Text :</b>&nbsp;   <input type="text"  onchange="ChangeLabel(this);" /><br />
   <b> Entered Text:</b>&nbsp;   <span id="lblText" ></span> 
    <script type="text/javascript">
        function ChangeLabel(obj) {

        }
