When i use it offline

My problem is when i try to insert a record in the database i get the error above.
This error appears in the browser console and the record is not inserted.
The error is one i pasted up. The other error also comes when i decide to use the same form with internet connection and still now record is inserted.
That is what i get with internet connected but challenge i have is this application I am working is supposed to be offline meaning where it supposed to be used they do not have internet connections so how can i make it work without need to connect to internet.
