Alternate to sql server table values parameter

Kindly suggest alternatives to sql server table valued parameter as I am not able to add a stored procedure with table valued parameter in edmx file.

Dapper cannot be used as we did not get approval to use it.

edmx does not support table valued parameters, when I added the SP in edmx all parameters are included except table valued parameter
