IIS returning an old version of a constantly changing file

I have hosted a website in the iis and when i replace the file it is not updating the file it is showing the old version.

Can any onve give me an idea about how to sovle this issue.

That's actually not possible. It can be due to cacching of page in browser

Hence

1. Clear cache or press CTRL + F5 to refresh page

2. Try a different browser
