IIS returning an old version of a constantly changing file

I have hosted a website in the iis and when i replace the file it is not updating the file it is showing the old version.

Can any onve give me an idea about how to sovle this issue.

Well there is no cache in IIS. I would suggest delete all the files and copy them again. And make sure you are copying the right file.

After copying restart IIS
