IIS returning an old version of a constantly changing file

I have hosted a website in the iis and when i replace the file it is not updating the file it is showing the old version.

Can any onve give me an idea about how to sovle this issue.

I just made all of them.

FYI, i have changed only one line in one page and i just delete ll the files and paste it on the same location.

Eventhough i have reset the iis, it leaves me the error that is caused by my old file.

It is very frustating. Can you please give me some other solutuion for that.
