IIS returning an old version of a constantly changing file

I have hosted a website in the iis and when i replace the file it is not updating the file it is showing the old version.

Can any onve give me an idea about how to sovle this issue.

Well this is something very unusual. I am sure you have either made change to different file or the file is not changed.

As soon as you change a file in IIS the changes are reflected on server without any issues
