IIS returning an old version of a constantly changing file

I have hosted a website in the iis and when i replace the file it is not updating the file it is showing the old version.

Can any onve give me an idea about how to sovle this issue.

I guess i may miss some other configuration of iis.

Can you please give me an video or steps regarding configuration of iis for hosting a website that is designed in visual studio express edition.\

In express there are no steps except copy the website to the IIS folder. The higher versions of Visual Studio have publish feature.

Also you can do one more thing. Make sure you are rebuilding the website before putting it in IIS
