Hi, I've dound many solution on session expire, session extend but failed to find the solution to send an email on session expired or tab closed

For example: customer visits website and put some items in cart but didn't check out and close the tab or session expired.

Need to send an email of items left in cart using asp.net vb.net/C#

Pls help...

Yes, maitaning session record in database once user visits website it stores a date/time but how to record date/time when session expires? it should store date/time in database and send email directly to that visitor.

For Example:

Table Name: VisitorsLog

Column(s)

EmailAddress: abc@abc.com

LoginDate: 2017-04-03

LoginTime: 01:32:15 PM

SessionExpireDate: xxxx-xx-xx

SessionExpireTime: xx:xx:xx xx

EmailSent: YES/NO
