Diplay Label in timer control in ASP.Net

Can you let me know what exactly your requirement is about by just seeing screenshot it is not possible to provide the solution.

I have meeting room booking system. I want to show the current meeting status. Suppose I have one meeting room booked for the time from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. I want to show the status of the ongoing meeting.

It is not possible to tell the status of ongoing process unless until someone update the status in database to display. If someone is updating the status then using the timer control refreshing control in a particular interval we can update the status and display in the control.

I'm calculating the starttime and endtime of the meeting. Can we display the duration in the timer control. Waiting for your suggestion.
