I don't want to allow Multiple Users to Log in Web Application

in the sense

Example:- In System-Test

In Chrome Brower- User-A Logged in and using the Web application

in the same browser - if User -B tries to log in i want to restrict them to Login in and show message already some User logged in. Please logout and Try login

How is it possible for two users to use same machine and same browser?

Also did what type of Login mechanism you are using?

If you are using Cookie based Forms Authentication. It is impossible unless and until person logs out and again logs in.
