Select query to remove duplicate records of each group in SQL Server

Hi All

How to write select query to eliminate the duplicate rows based on certain columns or only few columns. In this case DISTINCT will not work.

SELECT DISTINCT PatientID, PatientName,Location,Age FROM Test Order By PatientID
 
PatientID   PatientName Location    Age
1   Satyam  CA  28
1   Satyam  TX  28
2   Sandeep FL  32
2   Sandeep NV  32
3   Suman   NV  52

I need one record for one patient with all the details. The above query will give 2 records for patient Id 1 but I need to display only one record
