Hi Your problem is very likely you can not add this two field directly use a Conversion on zip somewhat like CONVERTNVARCHAR20AZipBecause when you are trying to add two fileds one is nvarchar and other is bigint By default it tries to convert the NVARCHAR to big int and than adds this two value mathamatically instead of concatinationSo to apply concatination instead of Addtion you need to make all the values in string type ie varcharnavarchar
