Setup Remote Connections to SQL Server using IP address

Hi,

I want to setup my SQL Server inside my laptop by allow connected from another device or laptop using my IP public from wireless hotspot

What I’ve done is, I have configure the SQL Server configuration manager by inject port and my ip public wireless from hotspot

And then I open my firewall inbound rules and set allow connection on port 1433

My problem is why still didn't connecting yet from another laptop when open connection to my laptop using my ip public

I hope somebody can help me.
