I want to write a query to search company names starting from the 1st alphabet entered by the user.. How can i do this please guide

Hello sir,

Will this query return company starting from any alphabet i enter whether in small or big case alphabets?

The query returns values only if capital letters are entered. If i use small letters also it should return values
