Send HTML template to Windows Service using C# and VB.Net

I AM SENDING EMAIL USING WINDOW SERVICEBUT MY EMAIL BODY CONTAINING HTML TEMPLATE HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THISi am working with windows service and after creating setup html templates are not attaching in setup so how can i attach html files folder in setup

If you want something in setup simply make it embedded resource So it will be part of the EXEEmbed and read files in Windows Application Windows Forms in C and VBNet
