Embed Excel file in Modal Popup in ASP.Net

Hi I want to open a Excel Sheet in the Modal Pop up. In that Sheet i want to use some user Defined Formula in the Particular Fields.

(For Eg) - First 3 columns i will give the Values. In fourth Column i need Default Formula.

Note : i dont want to open a excel File. I want to open the Excel Sheet with user Defined Formula in Particular Fields. Kindly Suggest me this Process.
