Visible invisible logics

Hi In panel I have gridview which is bind with sql datasource If on page load I invisible the panel in that sql datasource will bind the gridview or notI know panle will not visible to user but point on invisible mode does it load the data or not

Better would be to have same Grid for each Role but the data will be different for each ie in query you need to specify Role Ids and fetch data
