[Solved] MySQL in RDLC Error: The located assemblys manifest definition does not match the assembly reference

I converted from sql server to mysql and now trying to create new RDLC report and am getting error see images please assist.

Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=8.0.29.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.
