Capture Image using ScriptCam and Send as Email Attachment in MVC

Yes i uncoment that two lines, and comment that three lines who were. I have some problem camera is not showing. only buttons and select field are showen

Hi,have you checked web cam name in DropDownlist,please select that name,also let me know if you are getting any javascript error

Nothing show in that dropdown list :(
