Set Freezed ASP.Net GridView header column width using JavaScript

This is a great article!, and thank you for my previous question in regard to the sorting Dynamically freeze ASP.Net GridView header with sorting in JavaScript, the only problem is that the width in each column header is different from the column width and that causes the column data in the grid not to be below the actual header, can you help me with this.
