Problem in Exporting a large number (65000 records) of data in .csv

Hi

I am having nearly more than 80 thousand records and i need to export in .csv format.

I need to export to woksheet.

I need to export nearly 65 thousands of records in one sheet,

When  it reached the limit, it shuld exported in the next sheet.

Can any one please help me in this issue.
