Get DataTable based on binary data from Database using C# in ASP.Net

I have data in my datatable column in Binary Format

"10101010101"

Each No has its own meaning.

The first character shows it has wifi,

second No Lunch Included.

I need to query the datatable for sorting out any cell place to get the filtered data properly.

If i check on wifi . the query should check for all the rows with column and cell place.

Please help me out with this;
