can i change my autocomplete search version ?

because my menu is rtl and i hardly find it 

if is possible change my autocomplete search version how i can know that which version is suitable?

i found problem  it wasn't in jQuery version ...

at first i set Autocomplete script in my page after that i put menu script in my page when i did it it worked correctly
