Automatic mouse movement using code.

Is there a code in c# or vb.net to move the cursor position randamly for every 3 seconds.

The logic i need is "I used to run the application and the mouse pointer should move randomly until the applicatio is closed"

1. You cannot do it in VB or C# as it needs to be done client side using JavaScript
