Expire link after specific time send via Email in ASP.Net

Please follow the steps.

1. Add column in database table with CloseDate.
2. Send the mail with a link and set the CloseDate with Curent Date and Time.
3. If the user enters the page, check CloseDate with Current Date.
4. If the CloseDate is within the last 24 hours, do the rest process and set the CloseDate to null.
