Error: Operand type clash: int is incompatible with image in ASP.Net

Dear Programer i have a column in a sql table having image datatype, but i want to fill this column in next step, when i submit first step then i got this(title) error, i have used many terms but not resoved yet.

cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Photo", byte[0]);
cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Photo", DBNull.Value);
cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Photo", SqlDbType.Image);
