Cannot able to copy Database (mdb) files SQL Server 2008

In my application i using Test.dba file.

When i locate the file and try to copy the file, it leaves me an error saying

File is already used by another process.

But i have stopped all the other application and try to copy the file but again it leaves me an same error.

Can any one give me an idea about how to solve this problem.

Two ways

1. Detach the database from SQL server and then copy

2. Stop the SQL Server 2008 service and then copy
